Initiating your return:
If you have changed your mind please inform us of your decision to return within 28 days of receiving your order.As soon as we receive the item back in its original condition we shall issue you a refund.
All return shipping costs are payable by the customer.

Please note we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for t-shirts as they are made to order by our fulfilment company. With this in mind, please ensure the correct size measurement is chosen from the size chart provided in the listing photos. Thank you.Personalised or Custom orders:
Personalised or custom orders are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. If you made an error when entering your order please email us. If your order is damaged/ incorrect/ faulty (custom & personalised included) then we ask that you report damage within 10 days of receiving your order and kindly provide us with photos of the product.If your order was damaged during transit please also include photos of the damage to the packaging. We will then replace/refund your order.
